1.Before opening the cap, shake well.
2.Checking that the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton disk.
3.Place moistened cotton on an eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds.
4.Wipe gently, without rubbing.
The product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard.
